Owner Operator Requirements:

Equipment Specifications

• Must Pass visual inspection
• Wheel base unlimited
• Tractor Weight 20,500 lbs or less with 100 gallons of fuel, drivers & gear in truck.
• Fifth wheel 48" or less
• Tire tread depth 4/32" or more
• Brake Lining 1/4" or more
• Exhaust stack height: Minimum of 13' 2" to stack opening - cut offs and 13' 1" to stack opening - curve outs (measured from top of stack opening)
• Tractor must be equipped with a fire extinguisher having a 10B:C rating or more mounted
• All vehicles must be in compliance with all D.O.T. vehicle requirements at all times!
• No Age Limitation

Required Documents:

• Copy of Equipment Title
• Copy of Bill of Sale ... Proof of paid 2290 (Federal Highway Use Tax)
